diagnostic solutions with a dedication to quality product development to
enhance patient care.
They are developing a new electromechanical system
to maintain global leadership in the market. If you enjoy the  combination of technical problem solving, day

In this position you will be responsible
for delivering subsystem designs and coordinating integration of new prototypes. 
This role requires working closely with technical leads and subsystem teams,
helping them plan and execute their work leading up to prototype subsystem
module assembly, test and integration with other subsystems to meet product and
project needs. 

 

Responsibilities

 

·       
Ideal candidate has experience leading cross functional teams in
the medical device product development environment. Demonstrated
capability to drive work breakdowns, plan development activities, scheduling,
definition and management of interdependencies, risks, agile scrum support to
help drive progress, Progress tracking/reporting (Jira and other).

·       
This role will support technical people that may not be skilled
or experienced at planning, organizing, and executing the activities and tasks
they are responsible for in product development. This person will need to
communicate well, lead, and work with technical teams and leadership to ensure
plan completeness, visibility, and tracking/reporting progress to plans.

As the design work matures, prototype material is assembled and
integration begins/progresses, this role will transition to further ensure the
necessary structure, daily oversight, prioritization, and allocation of
prototypes integration and system testing to meet project needs. 

 

Requirements

 

  • BS or MS in a technical or
    management discipline
  • 5 + years of project management/project
    team leadership in the medical device industry (or 4 years with an
    advanced degree)
  • 2+ years in medical device product
    development          
  • Expertise with project management
    tools/applications
  • Strong communication and leadership
    skills
