Working with Agile Search:
Client Company Fees: A $5000 engagement fee (minimum) is required to become a partner company with Agile Search. After the engagement fee is paid, a fee of 25% (of first year base salary) is due for any employee hired through Agile Search. Prospective candidates never pay a fee for Agile Search services.

Guarantee: We guarantee every placement. Our recruitment focus is on creating the strongest match possible for your organization, and so many of our placements go on to become your top performers. If however, for some reason a placement is not a great match, we work with you to identify this in the first 90 days and quickly pivot identify another candidate pool and a replacement hire, if needed.Â
