More about Kathy…
Kathy found her passion for recruiting in 2000, after a career in training, development and HR consulting. She began as a corporate contract recruiter for medical device clients which was a happy accident that introduced her to corporate missions aimed at healing patients. She then founded her own practice in medical device recruiting, and has never looked back, as she is a matchmaker at heart. She joined Agile Search in 2017 and brings with her a strong and deep network in the Boston area medical device market and still carries with her the inspiring mission of helping companies that heal patients.
Kathy earned her college degree in History from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Organization Development from Antioch University. She was inspired to pursue her Master’s due to her strong interest in systems thinking. Her current area of interest is the onboarding process and how managers can leverage the unique skills of their new hires to increase retention.
Kathy is an active member of the Boston MDG (Medical Development Group) and is also involved with MassMEDIC, as a speaker and forum organizer.
